The holidays are almost here, so it’s time to start thinking about gifts! In today’s post, we’re talking about gifting the host.
Now that we can entertain again, it’s always a nice gesture to bring something for the host (it’s my personal belief that you shouldn’t show up empty-handed for the people who are graciously hosting you). And while it’s nice (and safe) to show up with a bottle of wine, a bouquet of flowers, or a selection of cheeses, it’s even nicer to accompany those gestures with a beautiful decanter, vase or cheese knives to go along with them.
With that in mind, I’ve put together a gift guide with items that would be most welcome by almost any host. The best part is that these are all IN STOCK AND AVAILABLE, so you can receive them before the Thanksgiving holiday – with prices ranging from $15 (a trio of French jacquard dish towels) to $80 (a stunning wine opener). Most of the items I’ve selected below cost around $25-$30.
MY CURATED HOST GIFTS
I think the best gifts are the ones that a host might not necessarily buy for themselves, but would definitely appreciate. I’ve curated some of my favorite host gifts to give – all appropriate for any holiday or get-together. One of my favorite finds is this linen & wicker tote basket for just $29.99, which would be fabulous with a bottle (or two) of wine, a plant or vase of flowers to give to the host.

SOME FINAL THOUGHTS
As you celebrate the holidays – whether friends or family (or both) – giving a thoughtful gift to people who have invited you to share a meal with them is one of the easiest ways to Make Your Every Day More Beautiful®.
Stay tuned for my next post, where I’m sharing my favorite gift guides for the upcoming holidays.
